  We are not satisfied with the work nor service received from this company. One of the poles for our shade was set too low in the ground and the "fix" was a poor quality extension in a different finish, bolted on and then sprayed with a silver paint can. Some filler was roughly slapped in the gaps. The work is of extremely poor quality and the finish is appalling.
  
  Despite promises of rectification work, nothing has occurred in 6 months. Phone calls go to voicemail and are not returned. Emails are not responded to. We see no option other than official complaint for these deceptive and sub-standard operators.
  
  We would strongly advise anybody considering Western Shades to select a different company. We would not recommend them under any circumstances. In our opinion, they are at best, unprofessional and dishonest.
